Announcing a new feature on our digital badging and credentials platform – Auto Save. This feature was developed in response to a common issue that our customers were facing, and we believe that it will greatly improve the user experience on our platform.
The issue in question involved the setting pop-up on our platform, which includes three tabs offering different types of setting options to our issuers: footer settings, document settings, and credulocker settings. Previously, there was a save button on each tab, and if an issuer made a change on one tab but then accidentally moved to another tab without clicking the save button, their changes would be lost. This was a frustrating experience for many of our active issuers, and we knew that we needed to find a solution.
To resolve this issue, we decided to enable auto-save for the setting pop-up. Now, any changes that an issuer makes on any of the tabs will be automatically saved, eliminating the need for them to manually click a save button. Not only has this made our platform more user-friendly, but it has also improved its performance.
