Announcing a new setting option for the OCR i.e. Optical Character Recognition feature on Itscredible.
As you may know, our OCR feature is developed to help issuers get insights into the types of documents they have issued in the past, and to see which documents have brought them the most website traffic. While this feature was useful for some users, we soon realized that it was not a core value that all of our customers needed. Additionally, the cost of providing the OCR feature for all issued documents was starting to add up, and it was also impacting the performance of our platform.
To address these issues, we have introduced a setting option for the OCR feature. Now, issuers who want to use the OCR feature can turn it on from their settings before issuing documents. This way, we are able to provide the OCR feature to those who value it, while also reducing costs and improving the performance of our platform for all users.
We believe that this new setting option is a win-win for both our customers and us, and we hope that it will be a valuable addition to our platform.
