We are excited to announce a new feature on our digital badging and credentials platform, itscredible. The new feature is “Numeric Keyboard for OTP,” in the Credulocker. It is developed in response to an issue that we noticed with the user experience on our platform.
As you may know, when recipients log in to their Credulocker (digital vault) to access their document using an OTP, it is important for them to be able to easily enter the correct numbers. However, we noticed that the keyboard which was popping up was the alphabetic keyboard, thus not ideal for entering OTPs. This was causing issues for our users, and we knew that we needed to make a change.
To address this issue, we have introduced an enhancement to our platform that ensures that the keyboard that pops up when OTPs are being entered is a numeric keyboard. Thus, making it much easier for our users to enter their OTPs and log in to their Credulocker.
We believe that this new feature will be a valuable addition to our platform, and we hope that it will improve the user experience for our recipients.
