Itscredible announces a new feature – Weekly Analytics Report. It provides the report to its users via Email and WhatsApp groups. We started to share analytics report in order to increase the sharing notification by the issuers to their recipients which also acts as a reminder to motivate them for using our platform to “issue more and asking their recipients to share more.”
It started with an idea that our users must get the insights of how many documents they issued through our platform got opened, shared on social-media and also the click-through rate the documents got which indirectly act as a marketing tool for our users. Thus, it helps to gauge the effectiveness of badging and credentialing efforts of them while issuing documents through our platform.
Technically, implementing this was no small feat. Our development team worked tirelessly to design and build and gather a report that could provide users with the granular, real-time data needed to make informed decisions about their badging and credentialing programs.
We believe that this trend of sharing analytics will be a valuable addition to our platform, and also provide additional value to our users. We hope that it will help our users to take actions about the opening and sharing of credentials which will act as a word of mouth for their organization.
