Announcing a new feature on itsCredible – the ability to “Preview and
Download Document” directly from the notification email. This feature was developed in
response to our efforts to learn how to increase the open rate of documents for our
users and discovering that the additional step of logging into the digital vault (Credulocker)
was causing a drip off. As a result, this new feature was implemented there, and hence
it will improve the accessibility for our users’ recipients, ultimately increasing the open
rate of documents.
As you may be aware, previously in order to access their documents, recipients had no
other choice but log-in to Edulocker (now Credulocker) via OTP. With this new feature,
we have brought our users’ recipients one step closer to their document. We have
enabled a new button – “View and Download Document” in the notification email itself
that the issuers send to all their recipients.
By selecting the “View and Download Document” button recipients can open their
document and access all of the features, such as sharing the document on social media
and viewing the document information, just as they do when accessing through
Credulocker.
The Credulocker functionality remains unchanged, but now Credulocker will act more as
a digital vault by the recipients for accessing all their documents and credentials that
had been issued to them till date.
We believe that this new feature will be a valuable addition to our platform, and hope
that it will help our customers to more easily and effectively manage their badging and
