Announcing a new feature on Itscredible – “Console Bar,” which displays the history and logs of our users’ actions on the platform. The feature was created to inform the user of any errors that may occur during the usability so that appropriate action can be taken. This feature gives information to them in the most clever and effective manner that won’t disrupt their work flow while using the platform.
Previously, our platform generated continuous pop-ups for the error action, which required users to click on the cross-button, causing frequent interruptions in the workflow of issuing documents. With this feature, the disruption caused by the pop-up box is no longer present. Now, our users can get the information by simply clicking on the “View all” option in the top console bar, and they can easily access their entire history and logs in just one click, as well as error information if an incorrect action was taken.
A dropdown box appears, displaying the history and logs with the latest activity chronologically on the top including time too. It also shows detailed information about documents, such as the document name, number and documents which got failed with red error marking. The specifics are shown in the image below. Now our users can keep track and view his/her/their digital footprint on our platform.
We believe that this new feature will be a valuable addition to our platform, and hope that it will help our customers to more effectively track and manage their badging and credentialing efforts.
