Announcing a new feature on our digital badging and credentials platform – Clickable Share Button. It was developed in response to an issue that was brought to our attention through our end-user testing.
As you may know, the share button on our digital vault, Credulocker, is an important tool for our users, as it allows them to easily share their documents with others. However, we learned that some users were having difficulty clicking on the share button, as it was not clickable when clicking on the negative space around the button. This was causing issues with the share rate on our platform, and we knew that we needed to fix the problem. To resolve this issue, we released a hotfix that expands the clickable area of the share button. Now, users should be able to easily click and share their documents without any issues.
We believe that this new feature will be a valuable addition to our platform, and we hope that it will help our customers to more easily and effectively share their documents with others.
